In this three-hour workshop, we explore the transformative potential of collective anger and the power of emotional expression.
Together with facilitators Elvira Soliman and Tabea Roxane Wappler, participants will dive into the intersection of body, emotion, and creativity, uncovering how unprocessed emotions like anger and sadness affect us physically and socially.
Through guided reflection, somatic and creative exercises, we will turn our emotions into forms of radical self-expression, cultivating a space for collective healing and transformation. This workshop emphasizes the necessity of reimagining justice through community care and creative collaboration. Rather than aiming for specific outcomes, we hope to spark processes of exploration and reflection within participants, offering inspiration and tools to channel their energy in ways that feel meaningful to them.
